No more calls, we have a winner!

Great new! My sister, one third of the Peanut Butter Etouffee food blog, won the recipe contest this month in Cook's Country magazine. You can read all about it on PBE.

Our fifteen minutes of fame

As most of my friends know I'm one third of the contributors to our family food blog, Peanut Butter Etouffee. Our little blog has been selected as one of Blogger's "Blogs of Note." Now this was a total surprise and though we love the popularity, we've had about 250 hits an hour, we are scrambling to get out all the "Thank You" e-mails. If you've never stopped by scoot on over and see what daughter lil bird has written about us.

We shall bask in this light for a while, at least for fifteen minutes.
